ZHH serves two primary markets: foodservice and hospitality (advisory and employee sick call services) and engineering, environmental, and construction (medical surveillance and occupational health exam management).

Zero Hour Health operates two main business lines:

- **ZHH Pro & Employee Sick Calls** — Advisory and employee health services for the foodservice and hospitality industry, spanning large national chains and select smaller operators. Includes 24/7/365 high-level clinical advisory (ZHH Pro), employee sick call / wellness check programs, vaccination programs, exams and regulatory testing, and outbreak detection and crisis management. The goal is to protect a client's employees, customers, and brand reputation by keeping illness out of the workplace and out of the news.
- **Medical Surveillance Management** — Concierge pre-placement and periodic (recurring) occupational health exam management for engineering, environmental, and construction firms. ZHH micromanages the entire exam process end to end, processing most exams in under 24 hours via a national clinic network. Current clients include the Kleinfelder Group, GEI, and Triumvirate Environmental.
